August 17th, 2010 01:52 PM #141schoolmate! hehehe.
congrats sa new City.
first car was 1989 white toyota corolla ae89 (small body), CKD from Japan.
it was one of the first 200 corollas brought in by toyota. (parang 168 ata dun sa number niya)
all i can say is super lamig ng aircon.
tapos iba yung side panels compared dun sa ibang corolla ae89.Last edited by jappy; August 17th, 2010 at 01:56 PM.

November 8th, 2010 06:02 AM #143Mine was a 1990 Silver Toyota Corolla. Bought it 2nd hand using my hard-earned money after working 2 years. Dami memories. Learned how to drive using that car. Tibay nya pero dami din problema. Dami din nya tama at bangga, some due to my fault
at some due to my sister's fault
.
Yun last na bangga nya was also due to my sister's fault. Ayun forever na sya na sa talyer dahil di nya mapagawa ng dere-deretso. Gusto ko kasi sya ang magpagawa so I didn't gave a single cent... Baka kasi pag pinagawa ko mauwi lang ulit sa bangga... hayz... kakamiss...
That car even saved somebody else's life...

my first car is a 2006 honda civic 1.8s MT.
a gift from my mom for passing the 2006 ECE board exam.
never wished for a car when i started my reviews pero when i saw the civic in a car show in ayala cebu, i fell in love.....i was mesmerized by the cool dashboard and dials.
for now, my mother is using this as her second car for city drives.
but i plan to take it back and modify.
i also consider my current strada as my first car also. since its the first pricey fruit of my labor and toil in the business world.

But I like her new shoes.

My first car is my Isuzu hi-lander 99' SLX (bought 2003), it's where I learned to drive. its where I learned the value of maintaining cars, which part is which, how to safely drive through flood waters(the do's and don't s), and of course the memories I have with it...
Now it is my reliever car, kinda hard to let go... nostalgia

The first car I ever bought using my own money was an 80's Lancer XL box type. Walang ka proble-problema even after logging in more than 100,000 kms. I miss that car. Wish I still had it:
