Dear Tsikoters, need ko po advices nyo .I am planning to buy Ford Escape V6, 2007 model. If ever, it would be my first time to own a car. the price is 350K and mileage is around 30K. Malaking tulong po sa akin ang feed back nyo about sa car na ito.

Why not try innova? Gas prices aren't cheap nowadays?
As I've heard escape is a bit thirsty. Specially the V6.

we had an escape na v6 before. sobrang sarap ng arangkada. di ka maiiwan. ganda rin ng ride. pero sobrang bilis rin bumaba ng fuel gauge. literal na makikita mo na bumababa yung needle pag sobra apak mo at manggigil ka sa daan. my dad then traded it with the next model, 2.3 ata yun. better than the v6.

kung may pang gastos ka sa gaso ng v6, sarap talaga. pero i guess kaya rin binebenta nung owner yung escape is prohibitive na talaga ang gasoline expense with a v6 engine.

mga sir may nka experience ba sa inyo medyo tumaas ang FC after a change oil? before change oil ksi or FC is around 11-12km/l but nung kkatapos lng mag change oil almost 10.6km/l nlng sa 191k na travel namin 18 liters ang naubos nya

I sometimes do a car buy n' sell and for a short time I had a 2006 escape v6 4x4 too... arangkada? ...parang wala nga ako maramdaman na "hataw" or "sibat" gaya ng inaasahan ko sa 3.0... parang nag-oover rev lang sya kapag biglang diin sa gas pedal... ganon ba talaga?

anyways, for the FC, sta.rosa laguna to san fernando la union = ave 12 km/l...
city driving, valenzuela to alabang = 5 km/l...

Sir yung sa amin na v6 before walang problema sa arangkada parang sobrang gaan ng body feel mo talaga hatak. Konting tapak lang sa gas. Lalo na when overtaking ramdam mo na di ka mabibitin. Yun nga lang tindi lumaklak ng gasolina ;) di ko naranasan yang 12km/l hehe

sir, 2006 escape v6 4x4 AT din yung gamit ko... gusto ko nga sana maka drive ng ibang escape v6 para mai-compare ko... kaso sandali lang sa akin at nabili na kaagad kaya hindi ko na din napa check up or tune up... pero tama ka hindi sobrang gaan kapag smooth driving kasi and rpm ko ay 1500 to 2000 lang... parang hindi nabibirit ang v6 kahit 110 kph na...low rpm...

12 km/l on a long distance driving... smooth driving... at madaling araw going to la union kaya hindi stop and go...
on a city driving 5 km/l or less pa nga yata... (unang test drive kaya madiin ang tapak sa gas kaay lang hindi ko naramdaman power ng v6) ...

may nakasabay ako sa carwash, escape 1.6 m/t (meron pala nun) = ave 9-km/l ... similar owners pls. confirm
