ang trabaho ng benzos is to slow down brain activity that's why it's prescribed for people with anxiety

coz people with anxiety overthink and they keep bothering people around them

when a person takes benzo babagal ang takbo ng isip at aantokin

ang taong tulog walang iniistorbo

happy ang family and friends

Then that means the meds weren't working. Wow. I thought basta naka meds na tanggal na depression.

non-compliance should not be equated with failure of the medication to work.

Is it really possible for men to lose their libido when they are depressed?

I just had dinner with ex SO and looks like a wreck! I almost didn't recognize him. He is very conscious about his appearance but when I saw him his clothes were uncoordinated, he gained weight, has a tummy, white hair, and his nails weren't short. He was the one who mentioned nga na he needs to cut his nails na.

Anyway, I've known him for over 20 years and I go to him when I need an ego boost LOL. He looks at me with so much passion and he is always touchy and all over me. Kanina I was shocked that he was not like that and talked about his problems lang. He still did the holding my face though hahaha. Medyo na hit self esteem ko, now I feel so unattractive

He lost his Dad this year, his yaya last year and his Mom several years ago, so he is alone now. He and his siblings have lawyered up on their inheritance issues at siya kasi dehado I understand he has a lot going on in his life. He was sick last Wednesday and only got better Friday. He does call me at ungodly hours feeling suicidal.

To assess the link between UPFs—such as packaged snacks and frozen meals—and depression, researchers collected data on diet and mental health from 31,712 middle-aged women enrolled in the Nurses Health Study II between 2003 and 2017. Participants filled out a questionnaire on their dietary habits every four years. They also reported if they received a clinical diagnosis of depression and/or started taking antidepressants during the study period.

The study found that participants who were in the top fifth of consumers of UPFs—eating nine or more servings per day—had a 50% higher risk of developing depression than those in the bottom fifth of consumers, eating four or fewer servings per day. The researchers also identified a link between artificial sweeteners and depression: Participants in the top fifth of consumers had a 26% higher risk of developing depression than those in the bottom fifth.

I hate myself nga because I think he was looking for some kind of validation when he said na he gained so much weight, then I said yeah you have a tummy now He is so conscious about that before (flat tummy)

doc, I did NOT recognize him. I showed his before and after photo to my Quiapo friend and she thought it was totally different persons.

ex SO did a "John Lloyd" from fresh face matinee idol to "walwal" daw Usually when I show our photos to friends I would ALWAYS get comments na he is good looking but now I showed our recent photo, one said he looks like my Tito, the other said mukhang John Lloyd walwal version, then the other said he looks way older than me.

Kaya pala our Atty friend wala na gana ka sanya e dati she was patay na patay. I am shocked at how shallow people could be when it comes to looks.
