will Turkey invoke article 5?
NATO - Official text: The North Atlantic Treaty, 04-Apr.-1949
Article 5
The Parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack against them all and consequently they agree that, if such an armed attack occurs, each of them, in exercise of the right of individual or collective self-defence recognised by Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations, will assist the Party or Parties so attacked by taking forthwith, individually and in concert with the other Parties, such action as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain the security of the North Atlantic area.
Any such armed attack and all measures taken as a result thereof shall immediately be reported to the Security Council. Such measures shall be terminated when the Security Council has taken the measures necessary to restore and maintain international peace and security .

Article 4
The Parties will consult together whenever, in the opinion of any of them, the territorial integrity, political independence or security of any of the Parties is threatened.
Turkey has called a meeting of Nato member states to discuss its response to the shooting down of one of its warplanes by Syrian forces on Friday.
Ankara has invoked Article 4 of Nato's charter, under which consultations can be requested when an ally feels their security is threatened, officials say.
Earlier, Turkey's foreign minister said the F-4 Phantom was in international airspace when it was shot down.
Syria maintains the jet was engaged while it was inside its airspace.
UK Foreign Secretary William Hague has said the Syrian military's actions were "outrageous" and underlined "how far beyond accepted behaviour the Syrian regime has put itself".
"It will be held to account for its behaviour. The UK stands ready to pursue robust action at the United Nations Security Council," he said.

Cypriot Minister on Trip to China to Ask for Loan, Simerini Says - Bloomberg
Neoklis Sylikiotis, Cyprus’s minister of commerce, industry and tourism, is in China to obtain a bilateral loan, Simerini reported today, citing the minister.
A loan from China may help Cyprus avoid resorting to the European rescue mechanism for financial support, the Nicosia- based newspaper reported on its website today. The Mediterranean island’s government is expecting a response from Russia to a similar request for funds, Simerini said.
