palpak yung itinatawag dun sa number nila. the better/best solution is to buy an OFW sim card kasi automatic roaming yun. may extra sim card pa for you to leave to the person you most probably will text, piso-piso lang text nya sa iyo at pwede mo siya ma-text kahit wala ka na load.

Sa prepaid siguro may kapalpaka. I was on postpaid for smart and globe. Auto-roaming naman siya.

Yes. Depending on the amount and currency. You have to call ahead. That's what happened to me (both bank and Czarina)
