November 26th, 2014 08:18 PM #1SM is not giving good rates unlike before and I hate those silly writting serial numbers and they got $500 limit.
Sunry is giving much higher than SM.. Any recommended money changer?

Usually its the small time money changers that give the best rates. Mababa bumili si SM.

Czarina at Pasay Road to buy currency. For selling, I go to Czarina at Glorietta. Sanry's is okay din but Czarina is more accessible for us and their rates are good enough compared to the bank.
