    Most items are on sale that you cannot find in supermarket or dept store. Like buying pampers outside price is 589 for XL pants but with shopee only 489 XL pants but you have to buy 3sets in order to get that price and then you can use your free coins. So most baby products I buy in shopee as well.

    So shopee decided to suspend my account for reasons I do not know. This makes me so mad! Voucher abuse daw and they can't explain why. How the hell can a person abuse a fcking voucher. If it can't be used then it should not be available to use in the first place!!! Ano ko hacker na pwede mag manipulate ng vouchers?!?

    I ALWAYS use shopee pay so it's impossible for me to have issues on payment or receiving deliveries. I have a perfect 5 star buyer rating and I am a platinum member. WTF talaga!!! I hope this is just a technical issue kasi last year na hack na din account ko! It was also around the same time last year

    I guess this is tadhana telling me to stop buying stuff na. Sayang lang kasi yung history ko sa shopee because I use it as reference when I need to check the prices of stuff I bought before.

    Hindi ko pa ma withdraw yung balance sa shopee pay ko. After this nightmare, hindi na ko magiiwan ng balance sa shopee pay.

    They did the same to me ... so annoying but was able to fix it ...

    Create a temporary account to be able to access the chat with live agent in the app ... go to the Me section then scroll to the bottom, select chat with agent then select chat live agent at the bottom ...

    Requested for them to return my money ... told them I'd go to Lazada ... did not request for account reactivation (which they did anyway) ... also scolded the agent for labeling my account as fraudulent ...

    SHOPEE ACCOUNT BANNED PROBLEM FIXED | LOGIN FAILED (F2): - YouTube

    Shopee will then send you an email link for fraudulent transactions ... they'll ask for your ID and the screenshot of the error when logging in ... Basically, it's their way of getting your ID and photo ...

    Yeah, still using Shopee since there is no good alternative to getting coins for paying bills ... but the first chance there's a better shopping platform, will ditch Shopee ... FWIW, I think there is a bug in their system since they implemented the loyalty program ...

    Is anyone else having trouble logging into Shopee using your Google account via browser? App works fine on my phone but I still prefer shopping on my desktop as the screen is a lot bigger.

    I feel like crying!!! I am so mad at shopee. My account is not banned, it was only "limited" I can still access it but I cannot order anymore. I reported it last night as soon as I got the notification. I received an email that they will not be lifting the suspension anymore. You know what pisses me off? They would not even give me an explanation of my violation (voucher abuse) How the hell can I abuse a freaking voucher? Is there some kind of cheat code there to over ride the system because I am no hacker

    I still have more than P4k in my shopee pay and P600+ in coins. They are asking for too much information for me to withdraw my own money. They want a copy of my passport/license plus a selfie with the IDs? Why should I give them that e mali mali nga system nila. I should just take this as a sign to stop buying stuff.

    I changed my mind. I don't want my account back anymore. I just want my money back. So ganun ganun lang pala sila mag ban sa shopee. They don't mind losing a customer. Apparently may iba pala have multiple accounts on shopee kaya okay lang ma ban. E ako I only have my phone number. I am appalled na technical glitch at walang investigation or checking of history.
