sa experience ko madali refund, pero baka dahil shopee pay gamit ko
I won't waste my time and energy going to their office.
also less choices in Lazada and prices for the same item and seller are higher for some reason

Help me please and tsikoteers. Yung magaling mag sulat :P I want to write a letter to DTI (I will CC them sa follow up ko sa shopee) What are the points I could raise to DTI?

Your complaint will go nowhere ... Shopee has already given requirements on how to get your money back ... any other entity will also ask for your ID and picture ... best would be to find a social media influencer or wait for one of them to get banned by Shopee also ... at the rate they are going, it's only a matter of time they'll end up banning a celebrity or influencer ... so just be patient ...

I am terrible at business writing kaya I am asking the help of the corporate guys
I raise my hands in defeat na nga. I'm so turned off by shopee, nakakawalang gana so I will just get my refund. Sayang yung P700 ko na coins and the J&T guys will miss me kasi almost everyday nandito sila HAHAHA

I told them nga lilipat na ko sa Lazada at sabihin ko lahat ng kilala ko na wag mag shopee. Sinabihan ako ng tumawag sakin na magcreate na lang ako new account e di bakit pa sila nagba ban? Hayop na shopee yan e yung Globe credits ko na claim ko na sa shopee hindi ko na magagamit. Parang scam nga e kasi maraming direct ban who don't bother to claim their shopee pay, yung tipong less than P1k.
You need 55 purchases pala in 6 mos to make it to platinum. As of today nasa 34 purchases na ako at may 6 pa ko parating na delivery. Nauubos pera ko sa kanila tapos i ban nila ko e pati grocery sa shopee ko na binibili. I may just be one person and they don't care about my business pero kung lahat ng member ganyan ang treatment nila, it's only a matter of time until their downfall at isa ako sa unang tatawa. Eto ang company na walang paki sa customer. Nakakapikon kasi I take pride in my diligence, kahit sa reviews ko I even have a "shopee review day" kasi inaayos ko talaga write up ko at photos
Ano na nangyari dito?
