I hope that teaches companies a lesson. I think it has do din with less vouchers to use and it's hard to earn coins na rin.

I prefer to use Lazada.

Buying with Shopee kasi requires me to use OTPs for nearly everything even items costing less than P5k, whereas with Lazada I usually get through with one-click outside of big ticket stuff.

How do you use voucher ba sa lazada? I like shopee kasi na it will show all possible vouchers upon checkout sa lazada i-type ko pa. Which usually I don't know where to get the vouchers to type. So usually wala ako vouchers nagagamit sa lazada. Which makes me feel na lugi ako ako sa lazada kaysa sa shopee.

Just received an email from shopee that my parcel has been delivered. Pero wala naman kami natanggap. Even the proof of purchase picture hindi ko kilala sino yun at yung gate eh hindi amin.

I reported it to refund button.

This just killed my confidence with shopee, how stupid of a rider do you have to be to deliver to a wrong address to a wrong person. At yung gagong magnanakaw na sambahayan na yun na nag accept ng parcel na hindi nila address at hindi nila kilala yung tao. Sana sumakit ang tyan nyo sa nakaw na parcel na yan. May name and address yang parcel Alam nyo di inyo pero tinanggap nyo.

The courier is J&T, if this dispute won't go my way I'd probably stop using shopee. Let's see how they will resolve this, this is my 1st dispute after their mass layoff.


Update: I showed the proof of purchase to my hipag, good thing she knows most household around us. She instantly recognized the person and the gate. Kinuha nya yung parcel, buti hindi pa bukas.

I will pull out my refund request but I want shopee to know the stupidity of this courier.

Same here today, may 2 package ako from the same seller, both fully paid via shopeepay, tapos sinisingil ako dun sa Isa. Sabi ko bayad na yun, in fact walang presyo sa ticket, tinuro nya nakasulat kamay. Pinakita ko sa kanya ang order no. sa phone ko na paid na. So sabi nya, babalik na lang daw sya, confirm nya raw muna sa Boss nya, ayun bumalik maya maya, ok na daw.

Mabuti ako ang tumanggap, kasi kung anak ko yun, babayaran nya yun sigurado, goodbye money.

Tinira ko din sa review, ewan ko lang kung aaksyunan ni Shopee, hindi ito isa sa mga regular na nagdedeliver sa akin

Iba style lazada ngayon, aside sa free shipping voucher, make sure to collect bonus voucher everyday worth more or less 150-300/day until the same month/day sale (11/11). For this coming 11/11, I think mag pop-up na to to collect from 11/1. You can use this bonus voucher for discount on selected item (P50/P500 worth items). May cash back discount bonus din na magagamit mo sa next purchase. Also, ma stack mo pa credit card discount voucher (usually Php300 for minimum P3k or P2.5k spent) if you will be using your credit card for payment.

Last time I purchased item worth Php3172, Total discounted price was Php 2781 + Php150 worth cashback that I can use for my next purchases.
Compare that to shopee same item at same price, ang makukuha ko lang na discount dun is worth 10% (Php317) lang or if makakuha ng 15% (Php478) though very rare yung 15% na voucher. May shipping fee ka pang babayaran since di mo na pwd ma stack shipping fee + discount voucher.
