    Maganda sa linked account walang fee kahit ano. So you can transfer exact money for your purchase to keep the shopeepay wallet load at minimum. Ginagawa ko ito kung sakali na ma ban ako like Cathy, hindi ka mahihinayang na may malaki ka pera sa shopee. [emoji16]

    Anyone using Etiga Igloo insurance sa mga electronic purchases nyo? It seems always 5% of the item I bought.

    I saw an article na sa smartphone daw eh included ang cracked screen. Although I haven't bought something that expensive yet.

    I wonder if this is worth purchasing when buying electronic sa shopee. A 50k smartphone would be ₱2.5k. Pwede siguro kung lagi ka nababasagan ng cellphone.

    Pero mukhang and daming exclusion.

    I did, once, by accident, because it was checked by default. Unusual itong insurance na ito, hindi ata sya automatic? May email sau and I think you have to activate it pa?

    So on my next purchases, I make sure na ma untick ko sya before checkout.

    Automatic na activated sya pagka click ko ng item received. Although you have to fill up a form on their website for details.

    Hassle na naman ang pagpapa-refund...

    Shopee cancelling my refund request because of choosing a "wrong reason".
    Ang hina ng reading comprehension ng agent nila.

    Ano reason nakaspecify sayo bro?

    Sa akin, mabilis naman action nila.
    Dahil some sellers are sending wrong item, ni refund naman nila twice yung refund request ko.
    Dami kasi sellers dyan na kahit walang stocks sa specific variant, mag accept pa rin ng orders.
    Wrong variant pala ang i send sa yo.
    Panis yung seller, clear naman kasi daming reklamo sa ratings comments.

    I specified "Did not receive the full order" dahil may 3 items na hindi pinadala. Sabi ng agent, dapat daw "did not receive part of the order". Eh sa example applicable lang yon kung may kulang na part or accessory na dapat kasama sa order di ba? Like phone na walang charger o diy shelf na kulang sa screws, etc.

    Pareho tayo Sir WallyWest.. Ganyan din kaya gumawa ako bago Refund request, ang labo kasi kulang lang din yung item (qty) wala naman missing part(s)..
    Anyway, hassle!! 1 week wala pa din.. Nag chat na ako sa live agent last week to follow up (According sa message 2 days lang daw ang processing). Third day yung chat ko, ang sabi today na din daw ma-finalize.. 4 days na nakalipas yung chat ko sa live agent, under review pa din yung refund ko na ₱165 lang..
    Kaya ayaw ko sa Shopee yung Refund/Return grabe talaga hassle.. Sa Zalora, kahit reason lang maling size pick up pa sa bahay yung item then bilis ng return ng bayad..

    Pinapa-file nila uli. Pero ginawa ko chat muna sa seller (China) tapos i-screenshot ko na lang kung maayos ang magiging usapan. Yung screenshot na lang i-attach ko sa refund request if ever.
