October 14th, 2020 08:50 AM #85Daming pera mga tao ngayon.
Our good friend and village resident lives in a 2300 sqm compound with two houses in it. He and his brother in law who lives in the other house put it up for sale just last week.
Well there have been many house trippings already and someone made an all cash offer 270m if im not mistaken.
He will use the proceeds to buy a smaller house in the village (600 sqm) and build and sell other properties nearby AND buy the golden visa in Portugal hehehe.
The brokers have been saying that this area is THE hotspot for politicians to invest in.

These condo parking costs are going up so fast. 1.2m- 1.91m already. I wonder if there's provision for a Kamote behind the parking stopper.

yes madami tao may pera and that's a problem... with central banks printing money (diluting the value of existing money) and bad loans rising (banks are shaky) holding too much cash is not a good idea that's why you're seeing strong demand for real assets -- convert cash into something real/tangible
there's no other asset class in PH that can absorb an individual's hundreds of millions except real estate
it's funny who's the real gainer -- the guy who finally breathes a sigh of relief that his quarter billion or half billion has finally been converted to real asset
or the guy who received the quarter billion or half billion -- siya ngayon ang may problema anong gagawin niya sa cash
