the lady of the house's bathroom is pink and white, in strategically-placed 4 x 4's, and the water closet is pink.
ours is light blue and white, with white water closet.

when building your house, "never choose a dark color for your toilet".
if you do, and i ask you to describe your stool, you will not be able to.

my mentor's bathroom is maroon with maroon tub, toilet bowl and bidet. I always felt weird using his bathroom. Sobrang visible din the white stains (pano nga ba nakukuha yun?)

We had dark blue and maroon toilers in the house before I renovated, grabe ang water marks, and malamok because it’s dark.

Now all our toilets are in white with light earth colored accents.

Also, I have installed water filters and softeners para mas hindi mag stain pati sa mga glass partitions.

yung mga townhouse na kakarampot parking eh no choice but to park sa island sidewalk kasi nagtraffic kanina sa baha so pinaalis sila sa balandra kalsada parking. Bale secondary road kasi kaya malakas loob.

dapat meron governing body sa housing.

pag 5milliom to 10milliom dapat 2 parking minimum pero dapat kasya dalawa expedition/suburban para sigurado may allowance talaga.

and pag 20million pataas dapat 3 to 4 car garage na minimum.

Ganyan para maayos pagkagawa hindi yung mukhang pinilit/pinagkasya.

Yun mumurahing townhouse namin naka labas ang ngusu ng fortuner. It was designed with a sedan in mind. Parking the hilux then was a chore lol. Protruded even more lol.
