To be 100% compliant, cards being issued by a bank should be chip based already, and machines being provided by same bank should also capable of reading chip based cards. Now, can anyone tell me what bank is emv compliant?

security bank ph is the first local bank to strictly enforce EMV cards, they are doing the maintenance in preparation for the TOTAL REJECTION/NON-ACCEPTANCE of NON-EMV cards starting APRIL 30, 2017, so if you still have the non-EMV card, please get in touch with them to arrange the replacement...
