they are repossessed by the mortgage provider, whether in-house or bank.
then they are either re-sold as "good-pre-owned" by the mortgage provider, or they are passed on to the used car dealers who may specialize in re-possessed cars, among others.

On a different note ... Honda sales people have fixed monthly salaries ... they don't live on commissions ... not sure if still the same these days ...

Buyers of Land Cruisers and Alphards are mostly by politicians or those connected to them. But of course chances are they have connections inside for quick availability of units even with a wait list. TMPH doesn't want to have to be called in congress for answer things about their Sales practice.

    True.
Tesla Ph you can buy it all online in your own home.
units are produced only once an order and down payment is made.
A VIN number assigned to you.
Their app has a tracker to know the estimated delivery time.

Last March nag inquire si relative.

Walang extras nabayad at cash basis.

If this is the case why do i still see a lot of advertisements for On-hand unit at Direct Invoice from Toyota?
This is for Premium Units like the LC and Alphard, SG Elite.
It just seems like Resellers or Agents are taking advantage of the shortage of units and hoarding them to make a profit and split it with agents or management.

Were going through another election cycle and its still hard to buy a Land Cruiser.

IMO there are alternatives for Lexus buyers if they want to spend a bit more and get a German car compared to the Land Cruiser and Alphard which basically dominate their category

If willing to wait (in which aabutin sa pila ng 1 year or so), sabe niya walang anything additional. Same srp likely and no requirements for add-ons like insurance or other models upon availing.

And then dumating ang July, wala pa ring white color na stock.

Wala na siyang choice but to cough up 100k+ para makuha ang Q model.

O di kaya slightly used na 1 year old ganun.

Stick to same agent lang ata sila.

They think sales agent are their friends ... and thinking of their best interest(s) ... same applies to real estate ...
