USA data so obviously doesn't directly translate to us, but interesting nonetheless.

    Toyota seems unusually low here:

And Porsche dominates the premium segment:

i attempted to look for the specific criteria or questions used in the survey, to see where they were strong in, and where they were not strong in.
    alas! i failed.

    i have always believed,
a survey may tailor its questions to somehow predict the findings.
    but that's just me.

Haha a buddy just pointed out to me that this is a SALES survey, so it's all about the purchasing experience.

I guess Porsche dealers really treat their customers well. I know for a fact meron pa nga European delivery option so makes sense they're at the top. Toyota, well with all the cars they're selling buyers might feel like they're getting rushed out the door for even trying to haggle.

I think Toyota is affected by the ongoing V6 truck engine recall affecting about 100K Tundra pickups and Lexus luxury SUVs. This is a pretty bad manufacturing quality related defect that may force Toyota to replace the engine.

Like the one here, may naka haggle pa ng price from dealership.

Parang other brands lang ata pwd maka haggle, which is haggling for a discount.

    from what i understand,
haggling for the price of a brand new car, is part of the american experience. ditto for the accessories.
dito sa atin, sticker price rules and no personal variants allowed.

    true.
    For Toyota Dealers.
    Walang haggling dito.
Sa atin paghindi mo kinuha yung In-house financing or Accessories wala ka unit.
    Pag hindi ka pumayag sa Top-up, Toyota tax ;

Opportunity for someone here in PH to have Power Sales Satisfaction survey also.
From sales entry pa lang, not good na pinakita ni Toyota.
Para naman ma notice ng mother company ni TMPH to let them improve how they handle business here kahit number 1 sila dito.

We consumers like their product, but the way how they handle us for unit allocation is totally off.
