Pag maganda pagka photoshop ng date, lusot yan sa notaryo at LTO, di naman nila hinihingi para tignan ang original. Once the documents are filed, tapos na yan.

Hehe, bihira ako maka engkwentro ng notaryo na may abogado na present at pipirma. Puro mga secretary lang na tingin ko ang chinecheck lang ay completeness ng documents and not the authenticity.

and that, is why the open deeds of sale practice, abounds.
the irregularity exists because of these so-called "silent partners".

someone knowledgeable in the industry was once asked why the practice is common. his answer was,
"because no one complains."

hello po good day po, bali naka bili po ako ng sasakyan na walang deed of sale sa 2nd owner from first owner po kahit open or 2 valid id with 3 sign po wala, only original or na 2017 at cr na 2016 at isang or na 2021 mostly deceased na yung first owner, gusto ko ipa transfsr sa name ko, any adviced po!

with proper documentation, i.e., death certificate, etc, they can legally dispose of the car.

nopo. the heirs will be the ones who will do all those. they may have to consult a lawyer, go to court, etc etc.
you-the-car-buyer will have to wait until the legal heirs obtain legal ownership of the car, and can then sell the car to you.
