according don sa website nang traffic group nang paranaque.. as the registered owner you need to go to their office.. bring your notarized deed of sale.. then may document na fi fill up-an don.. then papa notarized.. sobrang hassle..
ang naka alarm naman don yung sasakyan hindi yung owner.. so pag hindi nya binayaran yung penalty.. hindi nya ma re renew yung registration nung sasakyan.. so I just contacted the new owner and asked him to settle the penalty.. sya din naman maabala pag hindi nya ni settle.. and alsoi told him na ilipat na nya sa name nya yung sasakyan..

October 23rd, 2018 06:17 PM #54in that case...
you're in luck!
and also, out of luck!
you're in luck, because if the penalty is based on a video clip, they won't be able to bill you for the fines that you so rightly deserve. heh heh.
maliban na lang kung kayo mismo ang nasa loob at nagmamaneho ng kotse, nang na-sita ito ng mmda person.
you're out of luck, because, unless you hire an investigator who is able to track down the heirs of the original howner, you will probably never be able to transfer ownership of the vehicle to your name.Last edited by dr. d; October 23rd, 2018 at 06:33 PM.

October 24th, 2018 08:41 AM #59ang unang hahabulin ng with-contact apprehension, ay yung driver mismo, who was conveniently present at the time.
kung no-contact apprehension, at video lang ang ebidensiya, ang unang hahabulin ay ang registered owner ng vehicle. yung taong ang pangalan ay nasa CR ng sasakyan sa files ng LTO.
but if this owner-person shows proof that he had already sold the vehicle at the time it was apprehended, then he's off the hook.
kapag na-sita kayo, at nakapag-bayad na naman ng penalty fine, ay case closed na po yon.
wala nang balakid sa renew registration of driver's license or motor vehicle.Last edited by dr. d; October 24th, 2018 at 08:47 AM.

December 12th, 2018 07:48 PM #60Hi Guys ,
I think my issue is related.
I bought a car (Kia Picanto 2015 AT). I'm the 4th owner.
The first Owner , he bought it via bank loan, OR / CR is in his name. he wasnt able to pay the car so the bank repossessed it.
The second owner bought the car from the bank, he got all the papers. The deed of sale is notarized.
The third owner bought the car from the second owner , the deed of sale is not notarized.
I just bought the car , and nung ipapanotarized ko na ung deed of sale ko from the 3rd buyer, the notary public guy told me that the deed of sale before me should be notarized first, bago manotarized un deed of sale para sakin.
Questions ko po :
What would be the best way para ma notarized ung deed of sale ko with the 3rd buyer.
Pwede po ba yun ma notarized a day after ng transaction namin?
What are the consequences po if di ko po ma ipanotarized din ung deed of sale?
Thanks po
