Baka nga. Kasama doon ang "non appearance fee" sa 15K. Last time ako nag-renew sa LTO kahit dala ko sasakyan, hindi na din kinunan ng stencil.

Hindi na required ang stencil ngayon sa registration renewal... Siguro mag 3 years na yata ganun...

sa LTO yung iba hindi na talaga, pero meron pa din nag stencil, kagaya don sa LTO Pasay near NAIA..

pero sa HPG, kailangan yung stencil.. nilalagyan pa nila nang chemical to check kung tampered or hindi..

Ito yung sinasabi ko for renewal wala na stencil. Since 2019 yung mga nirerehistro ko na sasakyan namin hindi na hinanapan ng stencil sa LTO makati...

This year nagpatanggal ako ng encumberance sa LTO Valenzuela. Hindi na nagstencil. Kinuha lang yung CR from bank then wait ilang minutes to pay and receive the new CR.

Ung mga ganitong simpleng transaction ang kinikitaan ng mga fixer dahil pinapatagal sa loob, at sa mga di nakaka alam at ayaw maabala, bayad na lang ng fixer.

Ung dating 1 hour na renewal inaabot recently ng 2 days dahil offline, so mas mura pa magpa fixer pag ganito.

there's "fixer", and there's "walker". yung taga-lakad. legal naman yung latter.
but as it's so darn easy to walk inside the LTO building...
"you have to be a tourist to want to pay a walker to do it".

Malamang may patong si buy and sell at contact nila sa LTO.

Pandemic time kasi ito, na pahairapan sa LTO kahit renewal lang. 2 days din siguro lalakarin. 1 sa HPG, 1 sa LTO. Hahanapin pa mother LTO kung probinsiya galing sasakyan. Kung Metro Manila na LTO, siksikan at pahirapan parking, may partner ka na driver kasama in case walang parking at aabang sa sasakyan...

the government office will process the papers for the usual list price, whoever is walking the papers. walang lagay-lagay, as long as there is "authority to process".
tubong lugaw talaga sila. their only investment is time and effort. but as many of use value our time...

our purchased-from-someone-car has not yet been transfered to our name.
would anyone recommend a person who can walk our papers for transfer of ownership?

^Mga notary public may runner ng property transfer.
Ang mejo hassle dyan kung malayo yung LTO records ng car, doon yan gagawan ng clearance. Sa HPG bayad ka lang sa Landbank then dalhinmo sa kanila for microetching then tapos na, deed of sale nalang at updating sa register of deeds.
