compressor: viva air 1hp
spray gun: f-75g 1.3 mm (always gravity) 1 for base, another for clear & primer (yes primer).
others: hard plastic trim removers, metal spatula with handle 1-4 inches, sandpaper 1-4 hundred, 6,8,10,15,20,25 hundred. masking tape, heatgun, 1 box surgical gloves, plastic jacket & pants, n95 mask, ordinary cap, googles, slippers for block sanding.
higher range compressor and spray gun will pay for themselves esp. for big jobs. kaya sikat ang SATA dahil sa lapad ng fan at pinong output. pwedeng lakarin back to back pagpinta. may puwang pa rin talaga para sa hvlp.

May 11th, 2014 06:46 PM #14Full Repaint Job
1. Strip down to bare metal
2. Clean, apply lacquer thinner
3. Apply primer
4. Apply Body filler sa uneven spots
- almost same viscosity with water daw dapat yung paint mixture
8. Apply another coat (option)
- ilang coats ba dapat ng color of choice???
9. Apply Top coat (pang glossy surface)

don't forget the pressure gauge gun attachment. one less unknown & it helps in dialing in the right settings for your particular paint.
excitement building up.
