June 23rd, 2010 11:58 AM #5015ohh i see for that you would need a Megs beige or LC black pad, just be sure to spritz some QD on the panel when removing it so you don't scratch the paint and always check every after panel if its clean, and don't try to remove caked on wax. Hehe nothings beats old school cars paint!

June 23rd, 2010 12:01 PM #5016How about nanoSLIQ ma'am? since you mentioned it has cleaning properties, it can then be used as a pre-wax cleaner then topped with say collinite 476s (because I'm thinking of the spray wax characteristic you mentioned, 476 might not stick to it thus reducing 476 durability)? or nanoGLOS then colli476s is better?
Since I have nanoGLOS, nanoSLIQ, Collinite 476s, which sequence is better (of course after washing) in your opinion?
1. NanoGLOS -> nanoSLIQ -> collinite 476s
2. nanoGLOS -> collinite 476s -> nanoSLIQ (for maintenance)
3. nanoSLIQ -> collinites 476S (since first two might be overkill)
4. collinite 476S -> nanoSLIQ (same reason as #3)

June 23rd, 2010 12:02 PM #5017Well for me the only thing that the kp600 can do is spread products like waxes, glazes and polishes but for me the most you could get would be just very light buffing, so yeah my kp600 is my official wax spreader, you really can't get any decent correction out of it and if you use it you might not be able to work your polish completely.
Yes you have to adopt its backing plate, the backing plate it has doesn't come with velcro so you have to attach and super glue velcro strips to it before you can attach pads, as for the pads the best i've used with it are 6.5 LC white and black pads and Megs 6.5 yellow and beige pads which for the megs pads isn't available locally.

June 23rd, 2010 12:10 PM #5019Yes the elite is still available, pls let us know what other products from Microtex you are interested in so we could order it from their office and also have them approve of the 10% discount again, oh yeah the prices for the solo towels without packaging is higher because the last time my BF sold them he didn't know that bulk packs no longer have the additional 10% discount and he sold it to you guys with an additional 10% so basically we sold it at a lost hehehe but its ok, im just informing you guys about it now
We could still sell samples sizes of ONR for you guys, just text him when you guys plan on dropping by, you guys might also want to check out Optimum Polish II and Finish II and try it, its a little bit more expensive that most compounds but its a lot safer for beginners, but either way if you guys want the 105/205 combo let us know within the week since the promo ends this week.
As for buffing pads, we don't have that much selections to choose from and most are not for sale since most are for personal use, again we could just order these online, but importing buffing pads can be a little more expensive shippings wise since they cover a huge volume from the box

June 23rd, 2010 12:13 PM #5020As for the interior ceiling, what could be done to clean it myself? Yung "carpet" ceiling kasi nung sasakyan is closely knit (walang himulmul)...tried using a carpet cleaner (yung tipong nagfo-foam then wipe off lang) kaso ang problema is nagkahimulmul na sya. Gusto ko sana malinisan lang sya na hindi maging "hairy" ang appearance nya (yung makinis pa din), meron bang product for this purpose?
BTW yung sasakyan is Nissan XTrail, baka merong may xtrail dito na nakapaglinis na ng kanyang ceiling na hindi naging "hairy" and after effects
