gaano ba kalaki and how long na yung paint spots on the surface? it might have dried already.

i tried no7 white polishing compound on my old corolla. nag alangan nga ako kasi not safe for clear coat but i gave it a shot. kuminis yung magaspang na surface at medyo nabawasan scratches pero yung mga black dots nandun pa rin. yung mga black dots ay hindi mo mafefeel ng daliri kapag hinipo mo para bang part na sya ng paint. don't know what they are. neglected kasi oto b4 kasi ngayon lang ako nagkainterest sa detailing. hehehh may bago kasi akong daily rider kaya dapat alaga sayang paint.

jeff: to be on the safe side, just wash, wait for 1 - 2 months before applying any wax / glaze on your newly painted ride to let the paint "cure".

glaze? yup. stuff like IHG pwede. as long as body-shop safe.. the paint can still "breathe". wag lang wax or other products that seal in the paint.

woooa! buti na lang hindi ako nakapag wax kanina. tsk tsk.
1-2 months pa para safe? i just had my driver side door pannel repainted last week kay allen isidro. already got my ride and planning on doing sealing and waxing.
so malamang i'll do the sealing and waxing of my ride, excluding 1 pannel.

Pwede mo naman i clay at QD. then apply some glaze just like what dehadista said.

mga mates! im just new to detailing eh. ano ba magandang carshampoo, pang maintain ng chorme and leather seats? im currently using Triplewax car shampoo and demon shine after rinsing. ok ba yung mga yun? mahal din kasi ng mga yan eh kaya i dont want to get wrong. nasanay kais kami before na nag papacarwash lang and pagdating sa house, spray lang ng water and punas konti. thanks!

JCEE: You can buy a gallon of Bigberts car shampoo for around 400 petot. Best value for money for me. Medyo matipid pa. Also you can get a gallon of APC or a 650ml bottle of Simple Green, you can use it for interior, engine, even inside the house. Just dilute it in water around 1:10 (APC:Water)
