Dipende yan sa donor vehicle na gusto mo. Yung Family Utility Vehicle (FUV) version is by no means designed for rock crawling or rainforest challenge; best for normal to rough terrain. But if it's serious offroading you want, first kailangan i-modify yung Chok FUV body para minimal ang weight. An offroad version of Chok will need the usual accessories like mud tires, bumpers, grill guards, winch, foglights, etc. For the frame, you will definitely need a lot of modifications on your suspensions, specifically a lift kit.

    Hi guys,

I guess I am not off topic if I share my UVX prototype pics here... I built it in 1996 - it's actually an OTJ. It served me for more than 5 years before I sold it as scrap value to a friend.

it's just a modified OTJ body.

    with wings! ...

    my initial pen sketch... 1996.

I made wooden doors later on which also opens similar to SLR's and McLaren F1's... sorry - lost my pictures... will have to exume them from my baol.

    those were the days.

*enhriko: ok talag mga concept mo bro. btw im not jap, pinoy po ako, tanoshi is the name my car, wala lang ako maisip na handle at the time

Patawad po kung ma OT ako
nung nakita ko yung pinsan ng owner type jeep dito, yung miki moke, i said i wish i have one, malupit!

then when i saw how the mini moke evolved, i wished deep inside sana mag evolve din yung mga OTJ natin.
(tama ka sir dprox, lack of vision & fear to meet the challenges out of comfort zone. Ito din siguro ang kinatalo ng motorolla sa nokia, matagal na nag dominate ang motorolla, very complacent sa development tapos biglang nabasura ng nokia)
    Daihatsu Mini Moke

another Mini Moke evolution (not sure of brand, austin ata)

meron bang "open-source" na engine design?

an engine design that can be freely manufactured by anyone?

ito lang kailangan natin (and transmission) for a start.

WHy Not? ... the key is reverse engineering. - not forward. and after reversing - we can leap frog. (it's an approach... not a formula) everyone is doing it.
