The main argument based on LTFRB ay dapat ma regulate ang uber/grab due to SAFETY of the passengers.

May point si James Deakin.. pano kung gawing private and membership only ang Grab and Uber?

Whatever the reason and the back story, it is the public who will ultimately feel the downturn. Then they will have this self-imposed prerogative to choose passengers.
