Car Park insurance - I'm sure may limit yan, 100K? car owner cannot expect na mapapalitan car nya

Loop hole for the car park if the car has comprehensive insurance... investigation will take forever, car owner will start contacting their insurance for claims (bayad sila ng participation). Once they do this, wala na silang habol sa "car park insurance"

car is 5.5 years old na
motorcycles are turning 2 this year

This should be covered by car insurance with Acts of Nature since this is similar to flooding but this if cause by a fire.

Nasunugan kami ng bahay with 2 cars left in the garage. Both covered with comprehensive insurance + AOG. We were NOT able to claim from the insurers.

Fire insurance for the house also did not cover the vehicles. Total loss on our part for two cars (Toyota Corona Exsior and Nissan Cefiro Elite).

Yes, we brought in legal counsel to help us with the claims pero wala talaga.

This is surprising so flood is considered act of nature but fire is not? flood per se is not cause by nature but it is the inefficient and clog drainage that causes flood.

You house insurance covers everything within the house up to the amount insured, kaya hindi siguro naisama ang cars.

Fire damage should be covered by your car insurance. I have asked this from my insurance company before I bought my EV. My insurance will pay for the damage or replacement of the car in case the car's battery caught fire.
