Puwede sigurong magtayo ng terminal sa may Nayong Pilipino at Philippine Village Hotel na area....
Ang then, pag tapos na ito at nailipat na ang lahat ng sistema,- tibagin na ang T1..... Mas simple....(meaning mas less hassle sa mga pasahero).....

Walang kwenta if yun runway hinde maayos, isa-isa pa rin ang landing and takeoff ng planes... Nagdagdag nga ng terminals eh yun runways yun pa runs ng gamit...instead na parallel eh intersect ang runways.

With all the court cases, legal loopholes, contract revisions, etc, Terminal 3 which maybe the newest "terminal" to date is rotting to the ground as we speak.
Pambihira, kahit yung multi-level parking dyan, hindi pa nga nagagamit eh!

The problem is not just Terminal 1. The problem is congestion on the runways of the current Manila airport. Simply upgrading the terminals will do very little to the congestion at the runway. The only REAL solution is to build a new airport with new bigger terminals and with more runways too. Given there is no more space in Manila, it has to be located outside of Metro Manila. The most likely area would be CLARK.
