Flight reservations are opened finally for November 2020 but is that 14-day mandatory quarantine still in place for international arrivals at Ninoy Aquino Airport? Any link to this?

Express check-ins(drop offs) and express immigration lanes are fantastic conveniences

Alam ko plano nilang yan at passenger's expense. Dalhin ka nila kung saan hotel ka nag book.

that's not special treatment.
that's regular treatment befitting them.

we just think they're special, because the others got really lousy treatment.

Yes, you don't have to stay the full 14 day quarantine. You will be swabbed upon arrival. And if the result is negative, pwede ka na umuwi right away. So the number of days you spend in your hotel will depend on how fast the result will be released.
