Heard over the radio that MMDA city council will be meeting today and the 4 digit coding will be on the agenda... Pero this is for EDSA alone and will last until January only.

That's going to be a PITA. From where I live, I have to cross EDSA one way or another to get to probably 95% of where I need to be.
For the EDSA-only coding, does crossing EDSA or using a U-turn slot to 'pass' and enter another side street count as a violation?
