    ito problema ko sa mga ahenteng-tigulang yun overpricing. Dapat let the seller & buyer decide sa pricing tapos matuwa na sa 3% for unlicense and 5% lisensyado.

    kasi boses lang ng ginamit wala naman puhunan tapos magoverprice ng million.

    you can say the same for physicians.
    boses, sulat-kamay, at konting kutingting lang nang katawan, ang investment nila.
    of course, i did not charge my very first patient to pay for my entire medical education. i kind of spread the amount around among several patients.
    heh heh.

    how will they decide compensation figures, if they have no idea what the ballpark figures are?

    Sorry doc I disagree. Sales talagang laway lang puhunan. Anybody, even hindi HS grad can sell but not everyone e pwede mag doctor doctoran at gumamot ng tao.

    I'm kinda with kags, ang taas talaga ng commission ng broker. Last time we sold a property e parang broker lang nag arrange ng meet up ng buyer and a few paperworks. Seller side kami kaya ang legwork sa transfer nasa buyer

    Kita nyo nga ang kuripot ko, minamaximize ko talaga pag nagsupermarket B1T1 / near expiry tapos ano ako baleh papagulang sa ahenteng tigulang.

    Hindi din naman kasi regular ang kita ng mga yan kaya ganyan.

    If you don't want the service that they provide, pwede naman direct selling. It's a choice, walang pilitan.
