    imo yung phase-out system should be implemented on PUV's only.

    Probably 10 years for every unit. Then ipakilo nalang after. :rofl01:

    isa sa mga cause ng traffic ay ang mga buses o jeepney na nag-aagawan sa mga pasahero, kapag nagkataon na mas marami ang pasahero, di na mag-aagawan ang mga pasaway na mga PUV...within 1 minute, larga na sila....di katulad ng sistema ngayon, bago at makalampas ng traffic lights, pansinin nyo mga PUVs, ang tagal nila...kahit GO na nandun pa din....kasi, naghihintay ng pasahero...

    masusing pag-aaral lang ang kailangan...para sa implementasyon ng Phase out system....

    *broSG, pwede naman makipagpulong sa mga operators, kung ilang taon ba ang nararapat di ba? kung 15,20 o 25...so be it basta masunod lang...

    kung di gagawin ng gobyerno natin ito sa madaling panahon, talagang magdudusa tayo ng husto sa traffic....kasi ang dami ng ginawang experiment,wala pa din lalo pa din lumala...

    May napanood ako sa news, isang bus company up to 7 years lang buses nila. Limot ko nalang kasi anong kompanya yun ...

    Pucha ang myamy kaya ilang years na mga bus nila ? 274859374585 ? :rofl:

    marami na talaga karag karag na PUVs na bumibiyahe sa kalsada ng MM di ba bro?

    Yup. Those Kia Prides, Corollas, Myamy buses to name a few.

    I cannot distinguish though whether a certain PUJ is old or not since pipinturahan lang naman yun and it would look new again.

    Barumbado pa mostly ang old buses, especially yung hindi airconditioned ...

    ang argument naman ng mga public utility vehicles regarding sa space na kinakain nila sa kalye -- buti pa sila madami tao sa loob ng sasakyan nila, samantala ang mga private vehicle, isa dalawa lang ang tao nasa loob ng sasakyan

    ang dapat daw pigilian yung pagdami ng private vehicles

    the root of the traffic problem is govt did not plan for the increase in number of motor vehicles decades ago

    the road network of metro manila wasnt designed to handle the present number of motor vehicles
