    yup, napansin ko rin ito just 6 months after officially na turn over sa MNTC ang operations ng NLEX.

    also, napapansin nyo ba yung portion sa long bridge (south bound)na under repair? ilan months na yun pero every time na nadadaanan ko, wala naman akong nakikitang nagrerepair.

    Even the best highways in other country they do cosmetic repairs after completion para hindi lumaki ang sira. So konting defect repair agad para walang complain ang motorist pag lumala.

    I mean quality overall, noticed asphalt materials laid, well compacted and more coarse than fine aggregates. Traffic signs, drainage flow, center barriers, landscaping, design, etc - first class
    Motorista lang ang di pa first class...may nag oovertake pa rin sa slow lane at super kupad sa fast lane!!

    Alam ko nga before Erap administration may nabili ng ROW! Kaya gusto na ni JDV simulan!

    Ang alam ko yung Monasterio ang ayaw lumipat. Kaya nag-offer na lang si Lucio ng ibang lupa ... dahil sa kanya yung lupa malapit doon sa C-5/Katipunan (at siya rin ang makikinabang kung nagkaroon ng flyover).

    Kasali pala sa Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway Project yung extension nung NLEX mula Sta. Ines to Hacienda Luisita in Tarlac. Nice! Sana iderecho na kahit hanggang sa may paanan man lang ng bundok ng Baguio.

    tyak maraming pulitikong makikinabang dyan. dung nga sa amin sa batangas nung ginawa yung STAR Tollway eh maraming pulitikong nakinabang. eh hindi naman gaanong mahaba yun. at hanggang ngayon eh hindi pa natatapos yung from Lipa City to Batangas City na portion. pag ginawa yan sana eh yung deretso na agad hindi katulad ng sa amin na paputol putol.

    Malaking tulong na rin yun pag naextend yung NLEX up to Luisita. At least, mababypass na yung part ng McArthur Highway (northbound) just before the mall. Trapik diyan lalo na pag panahon ng uwian sa probinsiya, marami kasing biyahero ang nagstastopover dun. Kaso kung pabalik ng Maynila, may build pa rin yung McArthur (southbound) just before Luisita.

    By the way, prepare for some extra traffic at Luisita for the next week or so. One northbound lane (in front of the military camp) is being paved with fresh concrete, and traffic usually builds up during peak hours due to the bottleneck.
