July 24th, 2011 10:28 AM #41Amen to this. But knowing that this is the phillippines and when I do travel the SLEX on occassion, these decrepit vehicles are still on the road and no indication at all that they are being held up by the enforcers at the exits. So careful na lang yung mga private car owners because all these restrictions are aimed at them and not at the jeepney drivers, bus drivers, truck haulers, and whatever dilapidated vehicle owners (who either consistently under- / over-speed, have broken / non functional headlights / taillights) who do not get ticketed. In short, they are out to get you're hard-earned cash.

Example, "Ma'am, marami po overspeeding".
OK na iyon!
Ganyan ako. At tuwing nag e expressway ako.
