SLEX Alabang traffic

Napansin ko nabawasan na trapik sa SLEX this week. Yung extension northbound mukhang pwede na daanan. Hassle kasi dati ung single lane na ginawa nila sa gitna ng SLEX for skyway entry. Naging cause ng trapik going North.

Napansin ko nabawasan na trapik sa SLEX this week. Yung extension northbound mukhang pwede na daanan. Hassle kasi dati ung single lane na ginawa nila sa gitna ng SLEX for skyway entry. Naging cause ng trapik going North.

oo nga.. grabe traffic dyan lalo na pag friday.. siksikan dun sa steel ramp.. minsan dumaan ako dyan from calamba going to pasay.. tapos may kamoteng na ubusan ng krudo pag akyat nung ramp.. grabe mga 1 hour yata kami naka stop kasi sa sikip, di maka daan yung tow truck.. ang ginawa nung slex patrol, tinulak nila hanggang sa toll gate ng sky way.. lantutay yung patrollers eh..

^Tapos apura puri nung mayor ng Valenzula sa slex. Suklam na suklam sa nlex kasi. Di naman alam nangyayari sa SLEX araw-araw.

agree slex is far worse, road quality and traffic jams
pero may data ba if mas madami dumadaan slex vs nlex?

Choke point talaga dyan is the Alabang bridge NB. Far worse in the morning rush hours & aggravated by the skyway entry where motorist obstruct the free flow 2-3 lanes. I learned to move with the trucks before this segment, in the outer 2 lanes. The worst day to use the skyway is Saturdays.

The earlier you move to the right, the better. Nakakatakot yung mga truck.

southbound slex is predictably fine or bearable enough, for me.
but i time my northbound return trips. many times, kasi, the pila to alabang stretches as far back as southwoods. that's a 10 km long pila.

i go to work at any time.
i drive home, either at noontime, or after 7 pm.
