June 11th, 2014 06:00 PM #21problem is... only the manufacturer knows the true price of production of the car.. only they know what goes into its costing.. they can easily delete some items and add insurance costs, and no one will be the wiser..
ako, i'm all for the lemon law! we can not lose.

covergae lang is 1 year, what if after 4x repair then lagpas na sa 1 year wala din. knowing dealers hindi ganyan kabilis ang action nila, for sure tatagalan, gagawa ng paraan para hindi pasok sa lemon law.

May effect kaya ito sa mga kalokohang ginagawa ng mga mekaniko sa CASA? One reason I don't do PMS sa CASA eh mga kalokohan at pagnanakaw na ginagawa ng mga mekaniko don. Maybe with this law mas babantayan na ng CASA mga mekaniko nila.

So is it retroactive, meaning it covers all purchases that were made less than 1 year ago? Or does it only cover those bought from now onwards?
