Thinking about the same thing, bro.... as I already renewed my ride ending in "2",- and so,- without plate and sticker na ako past February- puwede akong sitahin... Although the OR states that the plate will be available in 45 days,- but from what date?....
BTW, already renewed another ride, ending in "3"...., so same concern later on....
Anyway,- the information is that you will claim the new plate and will mount it yourself.
Question,- do you really need to cut a portion of the tint of your windshield to mount the LTO sticker? Anyone who has done this already?
