I've seen several white plates with plate cover. I don't blame them
The quality of the new plates are so poor.

Maybe it depends on the LTO office where you applied? I got mine only a few months after renewal last year

Guys, with the new plates issuance in question, can the conduction sticker be removed and just have a temporary plate with the conduction sticker number? I do not like conduction stickers especially with the uneven fading of the tint under it. Does anyone know the rule on conduction stickers?

its allowed, since sila rin naman ang may sala eh.
i've seen lots of cars do it. just make sure that your papers are complete sa oto in case may manita sa iyo.
