I couldn't agree more. Too much trouble for him if he tries to fix public transportation. Reklamo bus owners, reklamo public transpo groups. Wala kasi voice ang private car owners. Kaya we need a tsikot party list. Kidding.
Wow tiyaga huh! Was that around 2007 or 2008? Naalala ko kasi jobless ako when gas prices peaked. Kaya ayaw ko umalis ng bahay hehe

Ignorance of the law excuses no one, kahit na Attorney ka pa.
MMDA have 100plus Traffic Violation list, and can only implement "Number Coding" to ease the traffic.
Removal of ones vehicle does not resolve the traffic, the driver will just use another vehicle with a different coding.
If those who should enforce the law does not understand the law, what do you expect from the drivers whom does not respect it also.

I sent a picture to mmda facebook page, a pic where buses were hogging lanes at Edsa at sobrang kapal na ng traffic sa likod nila.

Me: "This is madness!"
Tolentino: "This is Manila!"
Reading these options made my head spin. This is confusing and utter madness. I can imagine the confusion this will cause and all the apprehensions by our opportunistic traffic enforcers most of whom I think won't even pass a licensing exam if they were put to the test.
