LTO to implement RFID tags

It was a Stradcom project and all money will be going to Stradcom, of course with LTO and FG's will have their fair share

This RFID tag is nothing but corruption in disguise.

I thought this RFID scheme was only for PUVs. What purpose would it have for private vehicles? Tracking in case of theft? Violation of UVVRP? Speeding?

We don't need RFID tags to identify PUVs like jeepneys and buses. There is enough man power already deployed. What we need is better implementation of the traffic rules and regulations already in place.

Prime example is the traffic cops who are hell bent to catch private vehicle but ignores the PUVs doing the same violations.

+1M para malaman sang club nagpupunta... kaso, baka may exemption na naman...

yan na naman... kailangan bang may exception ang mga government vehicles, eh sila ang madalas na may makitang kalokohan.

malapit na ang election kaya minamadaling i-implement para may budget ang administrasyon.
