LTO car registration and late registration fees

Oo nga Sir Doc D, ok yung priority for seniors.. Yan naman ang nagustuhan ko dun sa Emission Tester, sobrang bait talaga sa mga Seniors.. Yung mga naka-motor sya pa yung kumukuha ng motor para ipwesto, sya din ang nag-aalis.. Very accommodating, yun nga lang may quota din.. Yung mga 9am onwards hindi na tinanggap.. [emoji28]

once,
i drove to the LTO at past 3 pm.
mahaba pa pila sa emissions.
"senior citizen?"
(obvious naman na oo, what with my lack of scalp hair.)
"yespo."
"kayo na po ang next sa emissions testing."
i decided not to question his respect for the elderly, and backed up onto the emissions sniffing machine.

Hindi ako sure kung yung LTMS portal account requirement is for PMVIS lang or pati traditional car registration renewal. Kung ginawan ka ng account ng naglakad using his/her email address, mapapabago mo naman yun kasi pinabago ko yung email address ko from my yahoo to gmail.

from what i understand,
one may change it.
even if one forgets his password, there are procedures to retrieve them, via email.

Yeah, sobrang hassle, nag register pa sila ng email at LTMS account , oh well, bahala na sa next year, kung pipila pa ako sa emissions despite na papalakad ako, didiretso na lang ako ng LTO at gagawa ng new account.

meron mas mabilis nandun na rin LTO extension, phoenix daang hari katabi ng landers.

pmvic pero pwede pa emission lang. dun sa lto extension ako lang tao
