    wala daw sila natanggap eh. but they did move last year so maybe the mmda sent their notices to my brother's old address.

    First time kong di pumasa sa emissions. The XV had a 180HC reading. Passing is 100.

    One possibility is the cat was still cold. The LTO branch is just a 10 min slow drive away. Not enough time to warm it up to operating temp.
