eh kung yung serial number ba naman ng engine mo ay nasa archives of the dept of war sa usa, WWII chapter......

it was a newly-painted xwind...
and it chose to spew black smoke... in the testing center itself!
i we have to guess,
it was probably a former uv express... kakabili lang siguro ng unsuspecting new howner...

Well, if sa gas katapat ay tune up & replacement/cleaning of engine air filter,...sa diesel calibration.

By the way, since this is the registration thread, ibalita ko na rin (pero baka huli na ako nagsabi nito)

Yung sa pag release ng CR & OR of new vehicles nowadays, nandun na rin yung magiging plate no mo (unlike before the space was blank). Yung actual plate though, ewan pa rin kung kailan lalabas though

According sa mga SA na kausap ko however, sometimes as fast as 2 months daw ngayon, misnan meron na ring plates released. (We shall see...)

Finally passed emissions. From 180 naging 34 ang HC. Went straight to LTO after servicing at MI.

Better talaga after lunch pumunta. Got there 3:30 and was done with everything including emissions at 3:50.

Just finished my renewal today at LTO Makati. Went there with complete papers already. 20 minutes lang inabot. Ayaw ko pa sana umalis dahil naenjoy kong manood ng just for laughs doon. lol

I've been asking my brother in law to register my car. Pansin ko lang 2020 and 2021 walang sticker lagi. Wala ba talaga sticker upon registration? Babalikan pa ba yun sa LTO?

No more sticker bro, check your receipt, Wala ng charge for sticker dun.

Also, me advisory ako nabasa dati na wala na daw, kasi they are preparing for a new system daw.

I wonder, ano na naman kayang feeling "1st world" idea binabalak nila?

Yung RFID sa sticker (2018-19 registered vehicles ata), never naman nila na-implement- ampanget pa ng required placement area. If steeply angled yung glass mo, yung behind the mirror halos gitna na ng wind shield.
