April 10th, 2014 07:14 PM #13Both parties are in the wrong, IMO. If your friend tried to veer left towards the opposite lane when he tried to avoid the car leaving the driveway, he/she also commited the same violation as the car who's already counter-flowing.
The LTO guidelines on this matter may specifically apply to highways, but I think the principle stands on any road with similar configuration and inherent risks.Last edited by oj88; April 10th, 2014 at 07:17 PM.
