INC is flexing their muscle and the indebted idiots in the LGU can do nothing about it. So yes INC takes the blame as well.

INC intention is good to help, they asked a permit from the govt, it was granted because govt does not care. so legally speaking, INC is allowed to use the permit given to them. still govt fault... di mo sila pwede pa alisin kase MERON PERMIT!

you should be angry at the government, aka the city hall, the government is like a police, they enforce the law, and regulate its jurisdiction... kaya nga nag aaply ng PERMIT para i screen ng at timbangin ng government ang PROs and CONs nito... di ko alam ano nakita ng city hall and why they issued the permit... hindi naman kahapon lang inapply yan permit, months ang planing nyan with contingency planning din...

kaya next step, go to city hall and inquire baket na bigyan ng permit at di nila nakita ang posible perwisyo sa tao bayan

kahit sino pa organizer nyan, without the permit from the government is that they cant proceed, the government is the last one to filter out the good from the bad, why can't you see it that way...
