ano kaya mainam na gawin sa mga ganitong case. minor and may problema sa pag iisip ang bata, pero nakasira ng property. i mean, kawawa din naman yung owner ng auto diba; gastos ng gastos sa gasgas na gagawin? kahit na street parking pa man yan, considered vandalism parin. dati naisip ko water gun tapos brake fluid para sa street parkers. pero tama din sinabi ng kaibigan ko; vandalism parin yun.

We all know that...problem is the parents refuse to comply....so whats the next step? They went throught the due process already by going to the baranagay, the kapitan gave a verdict already...if the offended party doesnt like the outcome, he is welcome to file charges......

Question is...is TS ba willing to spend 40k on lawyers acceptance fee
to file charges or file a grieveance complaint sa small claims court...he will still investing time and money...if i were the TS.....mag re rent nalang ako ng 24hr security guard...or neighborhood bully..1-2 years older dun sa little boy...pag lumapit sa kotse....batuhin nya ng tsinelas..

I think ang main concern ni Dane is papaano wag maulit pagtripan sasakyan niya.

i'd just show the insurance the video, and pray they pay for my cost of repair.
what the insurance guys do to the kid's parents, is their business.
even if they have a stable of lawyers in their pay, well... they know the price of going to court.
