Divisoria papuntang Sta Cruz 120 pesos.

back to padyak na lang sila eco-friendly pa

yah, you got a point there but if legalize and the imposition of fines is strictly enforced and monitored by the PEOPLE in the government specially the PNP aside from the LTO & LTFRB magkakaroon na sila ng fear to cross boundaries because a law has been passed at wala na sila excuse or exemption from it...kahit gaano pa kaharabas yan magpatakbo, anyway 3-wheeler pa din naman ito, di po ba?

padyak system, agree din ako dyan but this kind of ingenuity is a first step in discovering the many facets of this kind of transportation in our country (nyaks, nasa e-jeepney thread na ba tayo, hehehe) baka may modification pa nga yata eh...

why kuligligs should be banned from public roads in metro manila:
    1. it is unsafe. it has no safety devices. it has no headlights, no tail lights, no brake lights, no directional lights. no horn. no real brakes.
    2. it is so dangerously slow. it can not keep up with the rest of the motorized traffic. yet, it insists on hogging the fast lane!
    3. it's got a loose nut on the handlebars. the loose nut does not have a driver's license. heck, the loose nut is frequently a minor! the loose nut insists on taking the convenient lane (for itself), regardless. the loose nut habitually does counterflow when it suits him. the loose nut has no sense of road discipline. the loose nut does not wear a crash helmet. (on occasion, he has been seen wearing a cheap plastic toy helmet that can be squashed using the foot.)
    4. the kuliglig carries no insurance of any type.
    5. the kuliglig motor is not emissions-tested.
    6. the kuliglig has no license plates!

THE KULIGLIG IS AN ILLEGAL MOTOR VEHICLE AND SHOULD BE CONFISCATED ON SIGHT AND CONVERTED INTO CLAM CONDO!

    heh heh.

may i suggest to the Admin to change the name from Kuliglig to Motorized Pedicab to avoid confusion on this term, i think one member already mentioned it..

Kuliglig - in rural term po eh eto yun Motorized Hand Tractor na ginagamit sa agricultural works sometimes w/ Trailer for hauling agri produce, while the

Motorized Pedicab - is a Tri-Bike w/ Motor na multi-purpose ang gamit but definitely cannot be use in agricultural endeavor w/ major modification in body design to make it rigid & strong; heavy duty transport of people/cargo usually ang function nito w/ NO SAFETY FEATURES and DANGEROUS IN ROADS w/ ARROGANT BIKERS (dapat tawag sa kanila hindi Drivers) handling the Handle Bar hindi din wheels kasi yun gamit sa bicycles.
