just sharing (again) sa previous company ko.
when I was with them, they bought Camrys and Suburbans for their expats.
She decided to use her own car. Admin can't dispose the car kasi they need the board's approval pa.

Minsan nakakatuwa itong mga expats...
Nagbukas sila ng office dito para maka-tipid
tapos pag nandito sila, ayaw nila gamiting ynug house and car nung papalitan nila
pahihirapan nila yung admin to find a replacement house sa BGC or Rockwell, tapos kailangan nila ng car for Metro Manila and an SUV for out of town trips

May 25th, 2022 09:36 AM #23well, tama ka naman,
the expat community is probably the beneficiary of this lease program.
these are the folks where money is not really an object.
but as a private citizen like many of the car users here,
i'd probably purchase the car in the usual manner,
and sell it after 60 months, para naman may pang-down payment ++ , for the next car.

May 25th, 2022 09:38 AM #24i don't think camrys and suburbans and chevrolets are in much demand in our local used car market...
sa gas bill na lang siguro...
an acquaintance, when he was in the international healthcare medicine business, was using a volvo, at "company maintenance expense."
when he got out of the industry, "...where's your volvo?"
"dr. d, i got rid of it. mahal maintenance ng volvo, ah. i'm corolla now."Last edited by dr. d; May 25th, 2022 at 10:20 AM.

Bale si client-company magsasabi kay leasing company na kailangan nila ng x number of particular x units for a number of years..magkakaroon sila ng kontrata.
