hindi po ba delikado gawin ito sir?

1. install iridium sparkplugs.
2. install hurricane or k&n drop-in air filter
3. remove catalytic converters (by-pass gap with 3 inch pipe)
4. make sure to reset ecu by detaching both positive and negative terminals for at least 5 mins. everytime you do one of these steps.

result: from 6 KM/Liter to almost 10KM/Liter city driving and 12KM/Liter on highways...

Meaner engine sound and better throttle response!

Try it!

Yes, it's 10+kpl. But I feel lumalakas sya ngayon even though I filled up with V-power Diesel. Inoobserbahan ko pa. There was a time that I did below 10kpl pero I was stucked in an unmoving traffic several times in that occassion. Yung route ko is 10km one-way and it takes me about 30 to 45 minutes.

Engine: all Stock
Wheels & Tire: upgraded to 215/55/17

When I drove a VVT-i mga more than a year or about two years ago, I didn't notice much difference sa hatak nito versus D4D, at least yung innova ko.

Removal of the catalytic converter may increase the engine's breathing capability (less exhaust restriction) but it does not mean the engine will perform much better in all aspects. The catalytic converter is an emission control device and surely, Toyota designed this to make the car compliant to existing regulations.

You mean, kapag tinanggal? I think not. Why put it in the first place kung papasa na sya sa standards. Then again, our government agencies seem to have this double standard sa katulad ng ganyang bagay. Just think of the buses and jeepneys plying our roads.
