    About to have my Innova's 1K PMS. Anu-ano ba ang ginagawa sa 1K PMS?

    Please recommend a good oil for a diesel Innova..

    I just plan to bring my ride sa trusted shop ko. I will not entrust my car sa casa with all the horror stories I'm reading.. The hell with the warranty stuff

    i suggest i casa mo muna 1k and 5k pms kasi libre naman labor. :D tapos mineral oil palagay mo sir. para kung me concern ka about ur unit, sabihin mo sakanila, at kung me i claim ka sa warranty, sabihin mo sa SA. :D

    sa casa mo na lang dalhin sir para hindi ma void ang warranty natin la naman tayo magagawa kung ayaw natin dalhin dun eh mas maging vigilant lang kung ano ang gagawin sa car natin,check mo sir yung thread ng toyota service dito

    sa eb kaya natin magkaron tayo ng FC test? tutal ma layo layo din naman yung Paseo bale bago tayo alis ng manila full tank tayo tapos pagdating ng Paseo karga uli para masukat FC natin

    Change oil and filter and the usual visual inspection. Can't remember kung naglilinis na ng brakes at this early. My 2 cents, have it serviced sa dealer that would allow you to inspect the vehicle while the work is on-going. Don't risk voiding the warranty, unless you have the money to spend. If you are near Marikina, try Toyota Marikina Servicing Station, they are not perfect but at least you get to see how they work on your vehicle.

    I know exactly what you mean chief, but it would be best not to risk the warranty of your beloved innova! Libre naman ang labor for the first 1K pms and just be vigilant of the unnecessary extras that SA's normally recommend (e.g. oil additives, fuel additives) na hindi naman kailangan and it's just a waste of money. Mineral oil is fine as long as the 5K or 3 month change interval is religiously followed.

    I dont think you would want to risk your warranty while waiting for the dreaded D4D failures which could happen anytime within the 3Yr warranty period.


    An SCV Pump costs 70k ata and the injectors costs 20k+ EACH!

    nasan ung thread dito ng toyota service sir vosch? link naman dyan. hay, kaya nga eh, ang mahal lang kasi sa casa. hindot kasi toyota. dapat ung mga facelifted units ng innova (2009-2011) di na affected ng D4D problems. di ko pa kasi alam to dati e. sana VVT-i innova G na lang kinuha ko.
