Problema sa RAPIDE matagal nga break pads mo....ang rotor disk naman ang papalitan mo ng mas madalas....
what I suggest is that buy an OEM part sa labas ng casa...madami namang mga trusted shops dyan na pwede mo bilan without suffering the ridiculous casa pricing...then have it installed nalang to bosch, servitek or any other PMS shop

+1. Casa prices way too high. I've tried Bendix (both the regular and Metal Kings with Titanium stripe) as replacements for my SUV. Perhaps grip is similar to OEM, but it's noisier than OEM. I think it's a bit harsher on the rotors as well.
Something's got to give though. You can't have an grippy brake pad and not expect it to have a relatively shorter lifespan vs. a high mileage pad with just average brake bite.

yes tama ka dyan sir. ok ang bendix ayan ang next best thing to orig oem's. the only thing that is different from the oem orig is yung ingay. lumalangitngit kapag bago or madumi coming from a long rest ng sasakyan. for me oem's pa rin kahit medyo mataas ng onti versus bendix or any other replacement brands, tutal safety naman ang kapalit sa maliit na halaga
and yung sa rapide, oo kakainin nyan ang rotors mo he he minsan pa hindi even ang kain, ang daming sisirain na pyesa as domino effect.

Bendix na ginamit ko sa fortuner namin. So far okay naman no noise. Yung likod na brake shoe mukhang due na for replacement. That one I'll get the original part from casa..

yes sir, paul4u2c! konting dumi lang sa brake pad facing the rotors, maingay na ang bendix. sa stopping power naman, no complaints, sa ingay lang. sa dumi (brake dust), not sure. my wheels are bronze, so di halata masyado. hehe!
heard from a friend that the tagtag for the Fortuners are due to the coils. when he went with Tein, his ride improved even if on stock shocks. not sure if the same can be said for the hiluxes. has anyone tried?
