this summer we went to boracay, distance travelled from iloilo to caticlan port and back, filled fuel tank to full set odometer to 0 at the gas station, distance travelled from iloilo to caticlan and back is 440km. still plenty of fuel left about 2mm above the last white line marker. passengers me included 4 adults and 3 kids with lots of baggage (my cousin's husband weighs more than 200kgs hehe). if we assume avanza fulltank is 35 liters and distance travelled 440kms that's about 12.57km for every liter of gasoline with the aircon set at #2 at front and #3 at the back (from Pennsylvania kasi family ng cousin ko) . btw our vanzy is 1.5G MT and average speed is around 80km/hr. pls. take note that when we got back there is still plenty of fuel left but i just assumed that we consumed the full 35 liters. not bad at all =)

oo nga noh, thanks for pointing it out sir jbond, if 45 liters fulltank, siguro safe pa rin to assume na consume namin 35 liters for the whole trip kasi as one avanza owner(forgot kung sino) pointed out, kapag nag redlight na yung E, there is still a reserve of 6 liters in the tank and since above pa naman (about 2mm) sa last white indicator yung gauge siguro pwede na rin assume na 35 liters lang na consume =)

July 16th, 2011 08:26 AM #1748Hi
Just want to ask a little concern regarding the 2-year free LTO registration na kadalasan kasama na sa ALL-IN deal.
My Avanza is 1 year and a month old.
Until now plate pa lang na issue sa akin after 6 months of waiting. To follow na lang daw ang sticker sabi ng agent (Toyota Commonwealth) ko. Pero nag lapsed na ang 1 year hindi pa din dumarating ang LTO sticker ko.
Hindi kaya magkaproblema ako once na masita ako dahil more than a year na wala pa din akong LTO sticker?
I thought Yearly ang registration ng mga sasakyan di ba?
Paano ba ang arrangement sa ganitong 2 Year LTO registration?

July 16th, 2011 10:57 AM #1749Been doing some RO-RO land tripping. alis ako Manila to Batangas, then ferry to Calapan, land trip to Roxas, then ferry to Caticlan, then land trip to Iloilo city. total mileage is about 490 kms, Fuel consumed mga 43 liters. Load ni vanzy, usually me and boss, plus puno ng karga ang backseat. pag minalas malas pa, meron pa rin top cargo. Di naglalayo ang FC ko sa 42-44 liters for the trip. Vanzy is 1.5G Matic.
