dati dinala ng TMP ang Previa dito (small numbers only) kaya possible na maglabas ng ganitong klaseng van dito.

if Mitsubishi sold all their Eclipse in just a few months, why not try bringing in newer models, para pati Toyota sumali sa pag benta ng Celica. If before may Celica sa 'pinas, why not now?

guys, the new 4runner is almost USD 40,000 here. hardly mid-priced at all, and a big departure from how much it used to cost.

i can only guess that they are trying to move it upmarket, and put in a new mid-priced SUV (maybe based on the Lexus RX300?)

With the luxury tax scheme of the govt. there is a slim to none chances that Toyota's bringing a 4runner in the Philippine soil. Plus the Phils. is not a good place to market a V6 cars.

So most likely corolla, camry, revo and RAV4 will be the dominating brands for Toyota.

    M54 Powered,

with the Highlander occupying the $24K-$30K bracket, Toyota has some room to move the 4runner upmarket (unlike before nung wala yung highlander, bread-and-butter model yung 4runner)

The PNP should get the Toyota corolla XL which is the base model because it can perform the duties needed by the police. or why not the Revo it also is a practical choice.

The PNP should learn to spend less.

    Hoy Honda, Gising!
Nangulelat ang Honda. Nilangaw yung Civic.
CRV is only third place behind Revo and
    Highlander.
Bawas-bawasan na sana ng Honda ang kanilang
kayabangan na kunwari "The Prestigious" sila.
Daming naloko niyan including me. Sama' ng after
sales service tapos super-taga' pa cost ng spare parts.
Mga existing owners ng Honda ay di na nag repeat
purchase on the new models dahil nadala na sila.
Toyota, on the other hand, is the old reliable. Cheap,
easy to maintain. Toyota deserves the Triple Crown.

the 4runner is different from the LC90 prado. the prado is more luxury, the 4runner is more sporty. the LC90 also recently received a facelift, and an upgrade to its drivetrain which is currently not shared with the 4runner.

the reason the prado (and other toyota suvs) are expensive is because of the blasted excise tax. nissan, mitsubishi, isuzu and ford all folded and changed their suvs to 4x2, but since toyota obviously does not want to tarnish the landcruiser name and image, they chose to keep their vehicles as 4x4s.

as for the vehicles you want, i belive TMP can bring in any toyota as indent order if you're willing to shell out the cash. recently nakakita ako ng SC430 sa kalsada. ganda!
